Is our school's data visible to other schools on EduSphere?
No. Every school's data is isolated at three separate layers, enforced both in application code and at the database level, not just by a filter that could be misconfigured.
How does online fee collection actually work?
Each challan gets a Kuickpay/1LINK consumer number parents can pay via any bank, JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Payments are reconciled automatically — no manual receipt entry.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. The parent and student portal works in any mobile browser at your school's own subdomain — nothing to download.
Can we move from spreadsheets without losing our existing student records?
Yes — students can be bulk-imported from a spreadsheet during setup, so you're not re-typing years of records by hand.
What happens after the free trial?
