Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 August 2026. This is a general template and not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer — Schools should have it reviewed before relying on it. See also our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of EduSphere ("EduSphere", "we", "us"), a school-management platform provided as a subscription service to schools, academies and other educational institutions ("Schools") in Pakistan. By creating a School account, or by accessing EduSphere as a staff member, parent or student invited by a School, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use EduSphere.

2. Accounts and roles

A School's administrator (Principal) is responsible for creating and managing accounts for staff, and for the accuracy of student and guardian records entered into the platform. Each account is role-scoped (Principal, Clerk, Teacher, Accountant, Parent, Student) and may only access the data and features that role permits. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

EduSphere is offered on paid subscription plans, billed monthly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). New Schools may be eligible for a free trial period as advertised at signup; no payment method is required to start a trial, and access may be limited or suspended at the end of the trial unless a plan is activated. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use EduSphere for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to another School's data or another user's account; upload malicious code, or content you do not have the right to share; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service; or reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without our written consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Student and guardian data

Schools act as the data controller for the student, guardian and staff records they enter into EduSphere; we act as a data processor, storing and processing that data solely to provide the service. Each School's data is logically isolated from every other School's data. Schools are responsible for obtaining any consents required under applicable law before entering personal data of minors, guardians or staff, and for responding to data-subject requests from those individuals. We do not sell School or student data, and do not use it for advertising.

6. Payment processing (fee collection)

Where a School enables online fee collection (for example via Kuickpay/1LINK or bank-transfer references), the actual movement of funds is handled by the relevant licensed payment processor or bank, not by EduSphere. We display and reconcile payment status reported by those third parties but are not a party to, and accept no liability for, the underlying payment transaction itself. Disputes about a specific payment should first be raised with the payment processor or bank named on the challan.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in-app where practical. We are not liable for unavailability caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, third-party payment or SMS/WhatsApp provider failures, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual property

EduSphere, its software, design and branding are our property or that of our licensors. Schools retain all rights to the academic, financial and personal records they input. Subscribing to EduSphere grants a School a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its own internal administration for the duration of its subscription — no other licence is granted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduSphere and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue or admissions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by the affected School in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a School's access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or conduct that risks harm to other users or the platform. A School may cancel its subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. On termination, a School may request an export of its data within a reasonable period before it is deleted from our systems, subject to any legal retention obligations.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email to School administrators ahead of taking effect. Continued use of EduSphere after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to the school administration contact listed on your School's EduSphere account, or via the contact details published on your School's subdomain.
